My answer could not be easier. I have met few very professional project teams outside of
my company and Developex is one of them. At the start I closely monitored the
project but after awhile I found out I can concentrate on more strategic stuff as
project was running smoothly from day one. They even brought it to such level that they could
discuss all the project and technical details directly with the client. My role was minimized to business project manager which I don't usually get.
