We completed a number of projects where integration between Outlook/Exchange and 3rd party systems are implemented.
Examples are:
CRM integration: One of the project we finished recently is integration and customization of 3rd party CRM (CRM – Customer Relationship Management) system for direct sales. In this system we added features for the web part (purchases, products, product classes and properties) and implemented mail , attachments and contacts synchronization with Microsoft Outlook.

DocumentSystem integration: Plugin which allows to manage documents from 3rd party document management system in Outlook. System has user permissions and different access settings.

OutlookSync: is a Module for 3rd party Enterprise Solution which allows synchronization of Outlook, Outlook Exchange, Novell Netware client or Calendar data with Enterprise Solution Calendar.
Used Technologies : C++, Outlook API, Exchange API.
