Brief project description
Powerful and intuitive software that allows users to personalize compatible gaming products: set button bindings, program and store macros, customize lighting, and much more.
Developex role
The product is a desktop Windows 10 application for configuring gaming devices.
Initially chosen tech stack did not fit app purposes. Developex was involved to analyze the problem, confirm the usage experience, suggest and implement proper solutions using our vast expertise in the gaming domain.
The main challenge was to move a part of the integer application to another technology completely keeping existing functionality (the main technical problem we successfully solved).
Developex was responsible for
- Product audit for alignment with industry actuality.
- Work closely with the Customer team to identify problems and aspects with potential for improvement, suggesting and implementing solutions.
- Сode refactoring.
