Description: Innovative tool on social applications market which attempts to give new insights about the human mind to the public.
It’s a feedback platform with novel methodologies that assess “soft” skills and qualities, based on situations and behavior, asked of a user about self and their peers about a user. On the backend, this app is a do-it-yourself cloud solution to create and manage 360° assessments and make sense of results in context to any team or a broader population. Used by university teachers, content providers and all kinds of talent managers.
Team/Project Duration: Project was developed and updated/supported for 2 years with a team of 3 people (including QA and Manager).
The first version was completed in 3 months from start.
Interesting Fact: The project is a platform which allows building multiple implementations around customer satisfaction, assessments and social network creation topics.
