Main Challenges

Metric Insights aimed to develop its Business Intelligence platforms to align with industry advancements. The primary goal revolved around finding a dependable partner capable of offering transparent and flexible approaches that could seamlessly adapt to the evolving needs of the client in developing, optimizing, and expanding its Business Intelligence platforms to align with industry advancements.

This encompassed a spectrum of endeavors over the 14-year collaboration, including constructing solutions from the ground up, enhancing and scaling the platform, fine-tuning server architecture, assembling a dedicated product support team, navigating the complexities of professional recruitment in competitive markets, and preparing the team for the eventual transition to autonomy from Developex (an ongoing process).
