  1. Login in to the application;
  2. Main list of helpdesk cases. User can apply different kind of filters, sorting, paging and use search to locate needed information;
  3. Creating new case with possibility to set all required information connected to the problem;
  4. Action can be added to the case;
  5. List of attached inventories with detailed information;
  6. All user and application activities are collected and can be viewed on correspondent window.
