- Main list of helpdesk cases. User can apply different kind of filters, sorting, paging and use search to locate needed information;
- Creating new case with possibility to set all required information connected to the problem;
- Action can be added to the case;
- List of attached inventories with detailed information;
- All user and application activities are collected and can be viewed on correspondent window.
